背景介绍

2021年博士毕业于湘潭大学(导师:蔡灿英和周光文教授),2014年本科毕业于鲁东大学。博士期间,开展Al2O3材料原子尺度的生长机理研究,并取得了系列的科研成果,以合作作者身份发表研究类论文12篇,其中以第一作者/共同第一作者/共同通讯作者身份发表期刊论文10篇。

研究领域

研究兴趣包括卤化物固态电解质超离子态调控的理论研究,二维Al2O3基半导体器件的理论研究,氧化物材料微观原子结构的电镜表征和中子表征研究。
