廖洲,2019年本科毕业于东北农业大学(211),第一学位为工学学士,第二学位为金融学学士;2022年硕士毕业于西北农林科技大学(985,双一流) ,获工学硕士,硕士期间以第一作者发表中科院一区论文三篇,获得省部国家级奖项若干,参与多项国家级科研项目,毕业获得校优秀毕业论文。后在广东(有研)新材料技术研究院担任钠离子电池材料开发工程师。现今于宁波东方理工大学&香港理工大学攻读博士学位。

基于当前市场需求和层状氧化物钠离子电池现存的挑战,研究领域的重点是开发低成本、高能量密度、高平均电压、长循环寿命和高倍率性能的富锰过渡金属层状氧化物正极材料。为实现这些目标,必须在减少镍含量的同时,维持甚至提高能量密度,增强钠离子的扩散系数,并解决界面副反应和相变引起的结构畸变问题。
